In 2018, I decided to start attending a gym. I had no clue what I was doing. Recreating any exercise on the internet I thought would flatten my tummy. Overtime and with practice, I got better. I progressed in the movements and started connecting with my body. Then, I started seeing the results. Now, I’m hooked. There is no better feeling than seeing your hard work pay off right in front of you. Fast forward to today, I’ve been strength training for 5 years and have healed my relationship with food. I am a 2023 graduate from Arizona State University with my Bachelors in Health Science. I am a personal trainer who specializes in women’s strength training and nutrition coaching. I am no stranger to the struggle. I know what it feels like to feel lost. I know how easy it is to fall for the trends.
